That is why we founded Ottopilot Recruiting. We needed more than just a headhunter with exorbitant placement fees and no vested interest except getting paid. We needed a seamless extension of our own in-house recruiting team so we could focus on employee experience and patient care. We believe the same is true for you.​

At Ottopilot Recruiting, you are always at the controls, and as your dedicated recruitment partner, we do the work on those "hard to fill" roles or any roles your team just does not have the capacity to handle.

Our goal is to be a truly collaborative partner and an extension of your HR/Recruitment team, not a one-time, transactional relationship like other search firms. We will treat your positions with the same urgency and attention you (and we) would expect of your own internal team (yes, we have led many of our own).

As an extension of your HR/Recruitment team, OttoPilot will conduct personalized, outbound searches for each requisition you ask us to work. ​​​​​Our monthly fee is a tiered system based on the number of individual job searches we are conducting on your behalf.

As a result of our industry revolutionizing, monthly, subscription-based model, you can turn Ottopilot off and on; we simply and seamlessly take over as few or as many requisitions as you need. More importantly, you can hire as many of the candidates we source for no additional fee!

Our boutique firm allows us to provide the highest quality client service and experience for both you, the employer, and each candidate with whom we discuss and vet for your open requisition. We will source and present only the highest qualified candidates possible so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you: providing great employee experiences, the highest level of patient care, and earning patient/family satisfaction.

He is passionate about championing culture, recruitment and retention with broad ranging experience in process improvement, employee relations, project management, employee engagement, change management, and strategic planning.​​

Morris is adept at planning, organizing and leading cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and growth, capture and define business requirements, measure program performance, and execute strategic plans and goals. He is a proven results-oriented leader who has successfully managed large and geographically dispersed workforces and initiatives in rapidly expanding and fast-paced environments.

Founder & CEO
Steven is an accomplished and service-focused leader with over 20 years of recruiting, sourcing, account management, and leadership experience. He has worked in large corporate, small business, and not-for-profit environments. He is a polished healthcare recruiting professional.​​​

Steven is skilled in improving operational efficiency through implementation of innovative solutions. He is a proven team player capable of motivating and mentoring teams to success. You will find him to be an effective communicator with the ability to succeed in fast-paced environments while giving meticulous attention to detail.
